In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By registering an account on sio168, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you hold an account, request its closure by contacting sio168 customer support.

To register and maintain an account on sio168, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and providing accurate residential information in your account profile.
3. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.

5. You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of sio168 or any of its licensed game providers.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on sio168. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.

KYC Verification: sio168 applies a full Know Your Customer process to all accounts. Before your first withdrawal, and at any point sio168 deems appropriate, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• A recent bank statement or e-wallet transaction history confirming your payment method ownership
• A selfie photograph holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note with the current date and "sio168"

Account security is your responsibility. All deposits to sio168 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. There is no upper limit on deposits for standard accounts; VIP accounts may have elevated limits confirmed at the time of VIP enrollment.

Withdrawal requests are processed automatically by sio168 and are typically credited to your nominated bank account or e-wallet within 3 minutes of submission during normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend to up to 60 minutes during periods of peak demand or scheduled system maintenance.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount for standard accounts is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. VIP account holders may request higher limits through their dedicated account manager.

All withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity details on your sio168 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, sio168 requires successful completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Failure to provide the required documentation within 14 days of a withdrawal request being placed on hold will result in the request being cancelled and the funds returned to your Wallet Balance.

• Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Indonesian public holidays.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully cleared before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• sio168 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawal fees are not charged by sio168; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which sio168 accepts no responsibility.

sio168 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount. Deposits below that threshold will not trigger the bonus.
• Wagering requirements — expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x) — must be completed using the Bonus Funds before any derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable Wallet Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to qualifying bets for sports-betting bonuses. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bonus promotions, all legs of the accumulator must meet the stated minimum odds. A single leg below the minimum invalidates the bet's contribution.

All bets placed on sio168 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or market type. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing any wager. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and the stake amount has been deducted from your Wallet Balance. Bets that remain in a "pending" state due to connectivity issues are not confirmed until sio168 systems register the transaction.
• For sports betting, sio168 follows standard Asian handicap (bandar bola) and European odds conventions. Voor bola (handicap spread) markets are settled in accordance with the final score at the end of regular time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Members' Wallet Balances.
• Live betting odds are subject to rapid change. sio168 operates an "accepted at confirmed odds" policy — the odds displayed at the precise moment you submit your bet slip are the odds at which your bet will be settled, subject to system confirmation.

• sio168 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to an obvious pricing error (palpable error). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member.

For togel markets, results are determined solely by the official draw results of the relevant pool operator (Singapore Pools, Sydney, Hongkong, and others). sio168 does not influence draw outcomes and displays results as published by the official source within 15 minutes of draw completion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sio168 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, including using sio168 as a mechanism to convert illicitly obtained funds into withdrawable balances.
• Colluding with other Members, dealers, or any third party to fix the outcome of any game or event.
• Providing false identity information or documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account, including through account sharing or gifting of login credentials.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting or "sure-betting" strategies that breach sio168's commercial fair-use policy.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with sio168's systems, databases, or source code by any means.

sio168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice if sio168 reasonably believes that:

• The Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has engaged in any of the prohibited activities listed in Clause 9.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to sio168.
• The Member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• The account appears to be operated by a person under 21 years of age.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, sio168 reserves the right to withhold all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money Wallet Balances will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method following the conclusion of any investigation, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting sio168 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules, with resulting winnings credited prior to the final balance being returned.

All content on the sio168 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, odds data, game content, and written materials — is the intellectual property of sio168 International Ltd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written consent from sio168.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software element of the platform.
• Using sio168 content, odds data, or branding in any third-party application, website, or commercial context.

Any unauthorized use of sio168 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sio168 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any financial loss resulting from a bet or wager, including losses arising from platform errors that were not palpable pricing errors as defined in Clause 8.
• Any service interruptions, system failures, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond sio168's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any third-party content or services accessible through the sio168 platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, sio168's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sio168 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, sio168 collects personal information for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of platform services. sio168 does not sell your personal data to third parties. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose in a defined period. Loss limit reductions apply immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account or place any bets.
• Permanent Exclusion: Request a permanent account closure with no option to reopen. This option is irreversible.

In the event of a dispute between you and sio168 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Dispute resolution requests must be submitted in writing to the sio168 support team within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the written submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits sio168's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity on the platform.
